		Description: Creating a shotcut for Control Panel

		To gain quick access to the items in your Control Panel in your start menu do the following: 1: Right-click the Start button. 2: Select Open. 3: In the Start Menu window that appears, select File, New, then Folder. To name the folder, type: Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} (there's no space between the period and the opening bracket.) 4: Press Enter. 5: Click Start, you'll see a menu of all Control Panel items.
